I love running. I used to run a lot, be fit and eat healthy, but that all changed after I got married and had a baby.

After our daughter was born I got lazy. So lazy it makes me sad. As I love to eat (that is something that did not change), I always eat more than I consume. So my weight started to rise. Now I want to change that, and get back to the old, fitter me.


When I started to run the first time few years ago, I lost 10kg in a month!! Imagine that! All I needed is some exercise in my life and making right choices. I did run every day, and when I started running only few/couple times a week my weight went up to 60kg and stayed there.

Now I am back at the starting point. I don’t want to lose weight fast, all I want is to do long run with ease like I used to. I did my 10k in 52min. This is my target and that is why I am writing this blog.

I hope I will reach my target soon!
